When can I return an item?

• Send a return request within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
• If a part is defective or broken, the wrong part was delivered, it does not fit your model, or an item is missing — you get a return or replacement.
• The part must be in sealed packing, unused and not fitted, and you must have the bill/order number.

What cannot be returned?

• Fitted or used parts, and parts whose packing is opened or damaged.
• Items damaged by the customer, and parts brought in on special order.

How it works

• Log in, open My Orders, press "Return Request" on a delivered order and select the items and the reason.
• Our team will call you, collect the item, and after approval you get a refund or replacement (cash or adjusted in your next bill).
